To everyone else: Just download the Transit App. It does everything you need it to do, real time bus locations, trip planning, and virtual buspass/tickets. |

| 2024-01-09 |  | | The way bus passes work is incredibly unclear. You have 5 minutes to use your activated bus pass, but not really considering it automatically reactivates after 5 minutes. This is extremely unclear and causes you to miss busses due to them implying that your pass will expire by the time you reach your bus. |

| 2023-06-22 |  | | Any time a pop up notification asks if I want to provide information on the bus ride (crowded or not, whether it was on time) tapping the pop up never brings me to those questions. In general, usability is fine, sometimes it's a hassle, but for the most part it works and shows when and where busses are. |
