browsing the catalogue is terribly inefficient. the products are in an eight mile long list with very little categorisation, and there are no useful filters or sorting at all. there's only one wish list, instead of a way to make multiple ones like every other company has. navigation in the app is inconsistent and intuitive. product photos and often information are very limited. this is simply not an adequate replacement for going to the physical store.
