Can not delete alarm notifications in the app/ on mobile device. 10-2-2020 update will not allow your phone to retrieve alarm recordings. Please fix this bug. 1-30-2025 App can not distinguish alarm detection type on video playback time line. Sensor alarm should be yellow, Motion alarm suppose to be green. This never worked in the software for the 4 years i have used this app. This would allow you to go straight to motion alarms on the video playback timeline.

This app is hit or miss. The camera may or may not record / playback human detection, and there's no legitimate reason. It's not wifi because all other cameras work fine. I ask for help on LIVE chat, and not only is it NOT live, but it's not human, and the responses are not immediate. It is not a user-friendly app and it's very frustrating. They increased their prices by $2 and didn't notify about the increase. You just noticed the next time you purchased cloud storage. Looking for replacement.
