trouble using barcode scanner almost everytime I shop. It WON'T scan items at all whatsoever and just stays open on camera, trying without success. It's EXTREMELY time consuming to TYPE in each UPC when his occurs and then items seem to never be covered under WIC, at least according to the app, but when I've gone to check-out --> they are magically covered! So it's not very dependable to use &now I literally ONLY get the SAME ITEMS as previous month 2 ensure everything IS COVERED. Quite annoying

Sara Dalton, 2024-11-11This app has a few main functions. One of the most important is being able to check what balance you have left. This app does not update your balance for more than two days. This makes that function completely useless, since I need to check my balance on my receipt and then write it down/ remember it if I will be shopping again in the next few days (before the app updates my balance). The scanner is good to check if something qualifies or not. App needs work.
