This feels like a scam. There is no option in the app to cancel or delete the account. I emailed them to do this and had an answer saying I would be contacted in 24hrs so far I have not been contacted. And to make matters worse they have now taken £25 from my account and left me in an overdraft. Very dodgy company and practice. I don't even remember signing up to them.

Straight scam. Somehow it tells me that I have an account with them which I never knew about and on top of that charged me money for a service that I know that I wouldn't use because I don't shop online. And on top of me having an account with them, I can't even login to said account. Refund me my money and I still don't know how they have access to my card when I didn't even sign up for it.
