2025-02-04 | After downloading the app I completed sign in and then it says that device is rooted and closes. But when I check with root checker apps i found out that my device is not rooted and this is the problem of Jio app only. And now I can't set caller tune or see how much data is left. | ||
2025-02-04 | I made a huge mistake choosing Jio Air fiber internet. The latency is so bad that browsing is nearly impossible most of the time. If you're a professional who relies on remote servers or virtual machines, forget about getting any work done. Gamers? Don't even think about it—constant lag and disconnects make it unbearable. I foolishly paid for a year in advance, and now I’m stuck with a useless connection. After weeks of frustration, I'm switching back to my old provider. | ||
2025-02-04 | The app is horrible at customer care and has a useless chatbot, which accomplishes nothing. I was facing ridiculously low internet speeds, and when I troubleshooted on the app, it did an awful lot many checks (like sim is interested, seriously??) and it showed in the end <1 Mbps download and 0.01 Mbps upload speed, and excused it with high traffic. Okay so if I don't purchase your most expensive pack then I am subject to low speed right? I am writing this review with Wi-Fi, coz jio won't load | ||
2025-02-04 | All are good. Good packages and prices. But network is very slow and very bad compared to other networks. So please provide good network coverage all over. We are not able to do work from home properly because slow internet speed. It's annoying. Please increase network frequency. Still very bad network coverage even it is 5G. Waste of money spending. | ||
2025-02-02 | Good app, except one little hiccup, despite it being a security measure: the inability to check existing Wi-Fi password. If you are unsure, only option is to create a new password, which is all quite fine by me but for those with loads of devices connected (always a 'blissful pleasure' to enter password using telly remote for your firestick, if superior ethernet connection is impractical), it could be tad frustrating. And DO SHOW 'bill valid till date' ALWAYS; BASICS SHOULD ALWAYS BE DISPLAYED! | ||
2025-02-01 | Good app to have if u r a Jio customer. Everything can be managed from this app. Interface has improved a lot. They should pay attention to other their apps like Jiocinema interface for better user friendly interface. Only problem with the app is it take to long to open (maybe becoz of the animation they have within the app). It's large size is another problem. | ||
2025-01-31 | Instead of being greedy, please provide better recharge packs. If cannot then don't touch the existing good one's. I mean why did you guys remove Rs. 479 pack which had unlimited calls, 1000sms, 84d validity & 6gb data. It was such a convenient pack. And now instead you've added voice only plans to replace it which is same as above but excluding the 6gb data for Rs. 448. It is such a shame you guys have fallen to this level. High time to rethink my telecom operator. | ||
2025-01-31 | Worst and of no use. Company claim the app is more for customer benefit but is more for their ads. I have changed my number on jio app and tried to link fibre but app has failed to do so. Called and mailed customer care many times but not getting any output. Feeling like switching from Jio to airtel would be less problametic | ||
2025-01-30 | The app is well made. I think though there should be an option I think to either allow for marketing of products, or not, based on the users choice. If I know what pack to take, it's better for me to see that pack in blue and not a more expensive one, which I realise is important from a money making point of view for the company. The issue is it makes it more difficult for the user, even though it's a single click on the non-blue tile, which is an optimization that I've not seen being used. | ||
2025-01-28 | There is no option to talk to customer care representative. The automated options does not include option for billing related or invoice related concerns. I took a 3 month postpaid plan and paid for 3 months but it is showing due amount before compltion of 2nd month. Need customer care number to raise this concern. |
