I use prepaid SIM card for the tracker so from time to time, I need to read the messages from the telecom---for example, my SIM needs top up (充值), or SIM about to expire. Currently I can't monitor it. The tracker is hidden deep beneath the car dashboard, and I cannot possibly get the SIM out every time I need to read the One-time PIN or warning messages from the telecom company. |

Added IMEI, says device bind, but then again doesn't list the car. Edit, if this does happen to go to app settings and clear the memory and cache, then log in again. It's working now. |

I will return to Amazon for refund if I don't get some answers. Edit - had a few weeks and it works very well although alerts only work for a fraction of the options and zero feedback explaining why. Sent several queries and had not one reply: several weeks after purchase and the app does what I need to but customer service is zero |
