I feel very mixed on this app. On one hand it's very simple and straightford which makes learning how to write the letters simple and easy enough. On another hand I kinda regret paying to remove the ads because this app is actually really buggy and it seems like there wasn't actually that much effort put into it. The "retry" button doesn't even work properly and whether or not you get 2 or 3 stars on a test seems like it's completely random no matter which time or score you get on it.

I got this app to help with hirigana review, especially the writing part. I like the focus on that because I wanted to make sure that I got stroke order right. I am also studying with duolingo and while it is great, there is no way to just practice writing on it's own. I decided to purchase the app because I liked it enough to. I usually prefer free or just deal with ads, so that is saying something.
