Used this as a Property Manager and it made my inspection life so easy! Auto compiled cleaning reports to the tenant, auto reminders to both the tenant and the landlord. I also had the contacts, lease details, paid to dates and more for my entire portfolio in my pocket for whenever I needed it. I also love that when a landlord, tenant or tradie calls the app displays the name on the phone as if they were in my contacts book! So easy and so helpful!
