Earlier this app was working fine till year or 2 back. Experience worsen when they changed/ updated this app, now we have to register again, we are receiving OTP SMS, when registering, but unable to register as verify/ proceed button not working. From best experience to worst within few years.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I registered the complain in 02-08-2024 after that I call customer care several times and sent service email but no is answering the call and email. After that 15-08-2024 half of the month end they resolve the complain but after the 2-3 days the same issue occur again but in app complain is still pending status. What should I do? I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO PURCHASE HITACHI PRODUCT BECAUSE OF ITS WORST SERVICE.
