Points aren't rewarding. I've contacted jacks so many times just for them to ignore me and never get back in touch as requested. Half the menu isn't in the app, and half the rewards they want you to go inside and scan your phone to use. Bad all around and we'll be taking our money elsewhere as much as we spend here this is unacceptable! Some places actually appreciate and take care of their customers but evidently Jack's isn't one of those.

Why on earth would someone decide to have as many useless notifications for this app? This is the exact behavior app developers need to avoid. Why am I waking up to 2 separate notifications when i havent even made a purchase? there needs to be a REALLY good deal, or I need to have made a purchase to blow up my phone like that
