| 2022-08-16 |  | | I've been using this app for few years and I've always noticed the call keeps dropping, rearely connects instantly, voice quality is Soo poor I can't even explain my customers can't even hear me. I have the fastest broadband available in the market and 5g, i have also changed my handset to the latest top rated full kaboosh, paying £40pm despite all this it's a shame, going to switch supplier. Note for the management: Please come out of the old system and make some serious changes! |
| 2022-01-26 |  | | I'm trying to run a business and the app constantly doesn't open and sticks on the logo page. It means the only option to call customers is to use my personal number which makes having ereceptionist pointless. The app needs some serious improvements even when it does open! |
