I wish that i can give this brand less than one star. A Very Very bad product dont waste your money .This robot is not good at all. Every week this robot is forgetting the map and i am obliged to do the full cleaning procces to have my home map. And i am trying my best with this issue without having any solution. To know that i have this tobot from only 2 monthes. Not recommended

Can't find a connection after selecting the specified network. We excluded any error of Wi-Fi, it's 2.4Ghz as requested and has a good signal rate. No other devices use the app, no other connection could be interfering. Still, the app tells us that the robot couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. It's insane how this doesn't work, this is not rocket science. This is just a single job it should fulfill.

I dont know whats going on with this robot till now only 1 star and I don't recommend to buy it until some1 tell me how to solve the map issue ,as im losing the map after removing it from the dock station to be cleaned ,its always asking to do an auto cleaning to save back the map of the house

Works fluently but - lacks the option to store multiple maps for differtent floors - lacks the ability to divide a floor into rooms, - lacks the ability to save extra no-go zones in mopping mode (carpet). - lacks the ability to choose between Eco/Normal/Turbo mode in the schedule. The schedule will use the last used mode. The app for the exact same but differently branded Viomi V2 looks very similar and does include all these options. I'm hoping for an update that includes these functionalities, but since the last update was june 2021 and the Viomi version had his last update in March 2019 I'm not expecting they will ever do the effort, which is a pitty: the hardware is great and has a great price. Communication with the Dutch service center over facebook messenger is hard. Either they do not seem to understand my question or they don't know their products, or maybe they just try to answer besides the issue. All of a sudden conversation stops anyway. After all I must admit that it does what is promised in the description..
