Changed to 3 because if you leave it running you don't have to keep logging in. They make you sign in just to update your log. When having some sort of episode, making people use cognitive skills when they're potentially hypoxic is not the best way to get an accurate log to a patient's healthcare provider. No "remember me" feature to stay logged in. This restriction is NOT in the patient's best interest. They REALLY want you to choose biometrics. You guys are not getting my finger prints.

I tried to register my Zio to the app and it just keeps saying the number is invalid regardless if I scan it or enter it manually. I attempted to contact customer service to help and can't get ahold of anyone. I tried emailing and they ignored me. So I guess I won't get my results then. Customer service is non-existent and they won't help you if they send you a device with an invalid SN.
