With features like direct lead allocation, lead creation, and immediate appointment updates, the app ensures FOS can track their leads effectively. In addition, it facilitates positive closures by enabling lead conversion and case login directly from the app. Lead information is also promptly communicated to FOS via SMS for better engagement.
