I’ve been using this POS software for three years, and while the product works well, the recurring expiry issue has been a constant source of stress. Every year, the system stops working due to the same problem, and I’m forced to call the support team multiple times before it’s resolved. This year, the issue has yet to be fixed despite reporting it promptly. The support team lacks urgency, and their poor communication only adds to the frustration.
