Been using turbo tax for my taxes for the last 4 years and it's always been easy to do and it was somewhat affordable. This will be the last time I use turbo tax for filing. It seems every year they keep adding more processing fees and now they force you to pay for the expert help that you don't need. Cost me almost 170 to file my taxes this year due to fees. They even now charge you a processing fee for direct deposit into your own bank account. I won't be filing with turbo tax again

I've used turbo tax every since I was 16, never had any problems till recently. What's the point of having a free option but at the end you guys are going to force me to spend $70 to upgrade to deluxe just to submit my taxes. This has become a scam, charge me $70 after I did ALL the work myself. No, I'm not paying you for me doing YOUR job. I get that the free edition is for simple returns, and that's the issue. This wasn't an issue last year, same w2, no changes.
