Have to use this for work however my phone keeps wanting to slate the app for deep sleep due to constant crashing.

Phone doesn't ring half the time volume adjustments are all over the place... sometimes I can barely hear and other times it's super loud. This happens without me changing a single setting. Calls drop regularly and randomly. Right now the app won't even open...
