Really need to work on the user account setup, the date of birth required scrolling through every calendar year which takes a very long time at the rate scrolling works on this app . Why not have the user just type in d.o.b instead of scrolling for 10 minutes or more. for an older person it takes to much time. Speaking of too much time , I stopped by the freeway office to pay a monthly note and waited 45 minutes just to make a payment . I'm fairly sure this happens at many insurance offices .
