| 2025-01-25 |  |  | I requested a plumber late Sunday afternoon and Joe from JJ Plumbing and Heating came first thing Monday morning. He had my heating fixed by 10.30am. He didn't charge the earth, was very professional and polite and made a fuss of my dog too.! We arranged for him to return later in the week to fit a new thermostat which again was charged very fairly. Excellent experience and a plumber we shall keep. 10 out of 10. Thank you Joe. |

They had to come out twice to find the source of our leak. Paul, the head repairer, was very articulate and showed he knew what he was doing. I am so glad that we have a sealed bathroom window with no more leaks. I would 100% recommend this team for their time and effort to help solve our problem. Thank you Jennifer Manton-Hine |

| 2024-11-01 |  | | So far I've had a lot of no shows to look at the job. The app doesn't let you review traders who let you down like that, only ones who take the job. So these guys have unblemished five star reviews on mybuilder but don't keep simple appointments or text to say they will be late. The app should fix this as they are just incentivizing empty promises. |
