Well, slowly making it work for my needs, getting around it to find what I want. To cancel a booking, so many steps - unclearly labelled... very difficult to find. Illogical labels, still learning the 'code' after 2 years' use. Very slow to respond. But if you touch midway through, you end up trapped half way through a booking. Hard to scroll through without accidentally touching something and booking yourself on an activity by mistake! Then complicated to cancel!
