Doesn't work when I need it to. Booking system is odd. Can only book one person for a splash tots so need an account for my two year old.

Showers leaking for months,waste blocked, cobwebs on ceiling, tiles gone yellow and very dirty and overall cleaners very bad. Reported many times but action taken.
