The tutorial is very poorly done, it doesn't explain what you're supposed to do or what all the buildings are for. There's a building called "house" that the tutorial refers to as a station. You plop it down and wait for boxes to arrive to... I don't know what next. You must wait a long time between points/popups on what to do or why. I gave up. The idea seems great. Especially for Pay, needs to give players more direction.

Information is so hard to see. It is very difficult to see why there are bottlenecks. Is it from a station or is it from a hub? Very hard to tell. It is probably due to the touch screen interface, but shuffling stations around to get the optimal connections in just right way is annoying because you don't know why it does not connect to the station or hub, is it due to the connection count, another objective blocking the path, because the side is full, or another connection is blocking the path?
