Bad client service. I've placed an order on 12th of Jan. I never received the order but instead I've received an email today (4th of Feb) telling me that my order is going to be returned. I have contacted the client service and first lady who answered started yelling at me and hung up the phone în my face. I called the 2nd time and the 2nd agent said she will make a refund and also started yelling. All agents have mental issues and cannot interact politely with clients. Definitely my last order!
