Hi, I'm from Chennai. I have been traveling by Indian railways for the past 15 years, and everytime I book tickets, the ticket is never confirmed and it is a really tough process to get tickets (from Chennai to Tirunelve). They only introduce different varieties of tickets like, Premium Tatkal, Tatkal, sleepers and more. But the availability of ticket is always in demand, even if booked months before. Problems can last for a month or so, but this lasts for 15 years. Why is it always in demand?

I need to reset my IRCTC login password, app developer doesn't concern about putting any kind of options in it. Felt so weird, Why all government apps are incomplete, why we need two different app for confirm booking and to check reservations? It's my pathetic experience to use this incomplete apps, totally wasted.
