| 2024-11-29 |  | | It says cloud based but we can not access it through web. It does not add a group of selected photos as in Report and Run app. It is not worth for Rs. 1,400, which I paid to purchase it. |

| 2021-03-23 |  | | I had some technical issues with uploading photographs to the app. I emailed the tech department and Dee responded very quickly requesting information of my operating system. In the meantime they sent me a code to purchase another copy of the app so I could continue to work. I have just received an update which has fixed the original technical issue. Great customer service, thank you. |
