Cake got damaged by the delivery person n they do not take any responsibility for it. Charge is too high without any compensation or refund or any kind of response. I paid rs 225 for delivery to new town hoping that atleast my cake will be delivered safely, but of no use. Too casual n unprofessional. Delivery people need training to handle delicate items.

Something is wrong with this app. I scheduled for delivery tomorrow and they sent me a message saying delivery boy on his way immediately!! I called delivery boy.. He said he's not coming as too far. Their customer service no one answers or calls you back. And app does not allow to cancel order either. Sent watsapp message to service and they keep writing back we will assign another delivery person!
