New version seems to stay in burn phase no glowing phase and no refill notifications hope this will be fixed

New App Update Is Not working. The 2.6 upgrade lost all our network settings and also removed the WiFi direct (internal) network required to set up a connection to your stove from scratch. Also the developer contact details are not valid. Absolutely hopeless how can anyone run a business like this and survive!!!!
