2023-08-12 | This app and bank are terrible! You have to call to do practically anything. I have to use their website to make a payment on my truck and their app to view my balance. I email and they are not helpful. They had to call to verify my login, the same device I've always used. When they called, of course it wasn't a human and it couldn't help get me logged in. It was Saturday, so I couldn't get help. I will pay my loan off and never use this bank again. I don't have time to call on every whim. |
