I started using tfcu as my primary banking app because I wanted to move away from larger banking institutions and it was such a mistake. They're incompatible with Zelle and I can't even log on to the app when I'm overseas. It feels like a scam and the personal bankers are useless. They keep referring me to their call center since they can't/don't do anything themselves.

Not too happy with teachers right now. After being a good customer for a long time, the idiots decided to start charging for everything. And since we run a non-profit, having fees for our multiple accounts or having to keep $5,000 in an account is absolutely moronic. So we are moving to another bank. What's really stupid, is the fact that the employees told me how much this bank pushes them for new customer accounts, and now people are leaving this bank in droves. Can't imagine it was worth it
