2024-12-14 | It's good to check balances. It's horrible for mobile deposit. Their recognition of endorsement of "for mobile deposit only" leaves a LOT to be desired. They need to seriously upgrade that ability. I have no issues with other banks I use, so it's not my phone or camera. It is completely Fulton's issue. Please fix it and I'll happily give a better rating. | ||
2024-12-13 | It's now 2023 and the app is still wonderful! Easy to navigate, comprehensive features and services! Almost 2025 and still love the app. The only thing that really needs altered is the Secure Message feature. At least on a phone it's not easy to navigate. | ||
2024-12-05 | App needs area for notation. Overall experience of Republic changing over to Fulton has been disappointing. I needed a cashiers check or money order just now around 4pm. Didn't have paper to print them. During transition it was so difficult to get help that was needed, without waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. | ||

Also, to give me a choice as to where I draw my money to pay bills instead of having to transfer all the time. *update* December 4, 2024 They fixed it where you can name accounts but only in money management. You can't see it when you open the application. It's a start. My husband is legally blind so this was a great feature for him. | ||
2024-11-22 | This is an excellent app for an excellent bank. The app has more security built-in, making my Fulton Bank card the safest in my wallet. I was seamlessly able to use the app to navigate a problem with my card, but there was no visit to a local branch needed. Very quick, very secure, this little device got everything straightened out in seconds. | ||

It is easy to use, to review, transfer and to download the statements. They added another feature called Zelle when you have to make payments directly to a person. 2024-01-18 | I also use the app so I don't have to drive out of my way to have my paycheck cashed. Best time to deposit your check is like Tuesday-Thursday or else you're waiting 2-3 days more. The photo recognition has gotten better over the past couple of months, but notorious for requiring multiple attempts. App is slow and most of the other links rarely work. I wanna stay with the bank since it's been a family bank for a hot minute, but the app is a struggle. | ||
2023-12-09 | I like the ability to make a mobile deposit. However, every time I use it, I have to retake photo numerous times. Took 10 minutes to finally have deposit accepted. It is way too difficult to have my photo accepted. Took numerous photos once again as the app could not read the very legible date!! app takes photo before you're ready, also. 2023-09-26 | I use it because I have to. The app is not great by any stretch of the imagination. Their newest update adds a "feature" that warns you that your using a 3rd party keyboard every time you log in and there is no way to disable it! There is no built in biometric support. The app is really buggy, you have to force close it a lot just to get it to open right. Overall it is just a hot mess and you use it because there is no other choice. | ||
2023-07-25 | I like the app.... easy to use.... the only problem is the "deposit check" rarely works right, it will timeout when literally I log in, go right to "check deposit", fill in the info, take a pic of the front of the check and it kicks me off..... very frustrating and time consuming redoing it over and over or waiting and trying again later!! Please fix this!!! |
