Mobile deposit is squirrely. If it doesn't take you will have no notice or warning. Since it takes forever anyway, pay close attention. The splash ads (internal bank promotions) above and below the account balances is cringy like a '90s website pop-up. Has very difficult time linking to other banks. Poor customer facing for a relatively good bank. IMO.

It makes it easy to manage my account on a daily basis and when needed the personnel is usually very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I enjoy going into the specific location in my area because of the very pleasant tellers and officers. I often need some additional assistance and I can always depend on very good service.
