On iPhone it works find but on my phone it just doesn't work. Video has lags and always in loop. Annoying

Unfortunately since updating my phone and tablet to Android 14, the live video and playback is choppy. The picture is unstable and seems to be stuck in a loop. Deleting the app, reinstalling and rebooting doesn't remedy the problem.
