This app sucks recently. I receive push notifications and approve them but it never goes through. I have to go to the app and then copy OTP in order to login to my student account.

Compared to MS authenticator or Google Authenticator, it's terrible. Doesn't tell you what device is attempting to log in (the most you'll get is raw IP, so good luck if anyone else is actually trying to access your account when you are), doesn't accept fingerprinting / biometrics, needs a password every time. Ineffective session management (did I close the tab 5 seconds ago? Time for a reauth). Setup is tedious and manual. Must be bottom dollar pricing, or good marketing to universities.
