Assalamu Alaikum, I ordered from Telemart expecting delivery in 6-7 days, but it’s been 80 days, and my order is still "in process." Instead of taking responsibility, they keep blaming the vendor with no real solution. Their customer service is useless, offering only excuses and empty promises. If you value your time and money, avoid Telemart! Their service is unreliable, and they don’t care about customers.Avoid this service unless you enjoy waiting indefinitely!

Worst app I ordered things with vouchers of 15000 and got one parcel of 700 and the rest still processing for months.... Lame excuses on emails and support on website, said "we'll pass to relevant department"... Today checked all orders, CANCELLED?!!! wow! because they know gift vouchers are going Tobe expired so we can't use them again 6months. Too much time on emails and money wasted... Lessons: Never pay in advance, don't buy the gift vouchers even on discount or you'll be waiting forever.
