I'm a longtime offline mapping user. I've been looking for a lightweight GPX logger and this app fits the bill. A couple of suggestions. While a recording is active have some track stats displayed, such as elapsed time, track points logged, way points dropped. This let's you see progress and helps verify it's working. For an active recoding add an option that allows you to change the logging interval on the fly. Useful when I get to a spot in a trail where I would like more resolution.
