Not satisfied with etravelsmart wallet. If your wallet have 500 rupees and ticket fare is above 500 (just assume 510). To pay balance 10 rupees you need to recharge the wallet again with minimum 300 instead of 10 rupees. There is no other way to pay balance 10 rupees.

This is very bad app. Don't use ever. I book ticket for ₹184 and tickets are not seen in my booking section. I send an mail to support team for get refund my money, but executive says that there is no refund and they only issued a cash coupon of ₹184 but that is totally waste for me because i am not able to book any bus with that cash coupon. Whenever i applied that coupon on booking app says this cash coupon not valid. So i have a bad experience with this app and really i'll never use this app.
