Since the last update there's been A LOT of problems getting gifts from the Facebook that are meant for you to be able to use with Huuuge Casino, I had no trouble with before the last update. Other than that, the games are awesome, the ticket game is awesome, the level up rewards are awesome and groups if you decide to join are Fun as well 😉🥰 |

It's 11/14/24 in a weeks time I've wasted over $100 restocking chips, I've spent thousands of lottery tickets and barely even get a hit on the lottery 🙃 , how you win 1/20 spins is beyond ridiculous i don't know why I keep playing this game it might be the interface but the amount you spend compared to what you "win" is stupid. |

Also, the payouts have decreased and we're loosing more than winning. Many in my club are having the same experience. Some have lost a lot of their chips. I have lost a lot myself. Please fix the game so the payouts are fair again and lower the point requirement for club events like they were please. Thanks. |

With 3 stars you need like 20 trade tokens but 3 star you need 750, drastic jump, and I've gotten to where I count the pop up promotions when you open the game, 8 pop ups before you can even start playing, This game is solely based on spending real money, if you don't, it takes all the coins you have, if you enjoy wasting real money on fake money and losing it then this is the game for you. |

After spending & losing nearly $50 game started booting from table even when on auto spin for inactivity. Auto or manual spinning. Game would boot when reels stopped. You cant tell if you lost your bet & if it won. Tried different games. Let's you enter choose bet, maybe it spins couple times, then boots for inactivity. Big wins if you stay put long enough then you lose or in next slot. |

You can't ever finish the charm collections because you have to make a purchase to get the rare charms. Also, everytime an update comes through, it messes with the algorithm. This causes the all slots to not pay out. Resulting in you losing all your chips so you will purchase more. If you decide to download the app, just play smart. |

They still have definitely improved, with more ways to get free chips, but the slots are still tight and don't pay off often. I don't mind buying occasionally as it is a business, but their packages are expensive. They still have great graphics and a large variety of games, some of the best I've experienced. And you are constantly pushed to bet higher. Eventually all you're doing is spending money on the app. If they did more to support game play with fewer purchases it would be great, but the game is designed to make it eventually impossible enjoy game without frequent (and expensive) purchases. |

Also: it's difficult to understand the vocalist's British accents. Sorry for the negative feedback but thank you for all the other games. They're mostly really fun. It must be very difficult to keep something like this in running order, thus the upgrade. Bonus for upgrading or none, I admire all of you for doing this. Bravo. |
