The recipes are great, however the app keeps crashing or not loading in the first place more often than actually functioning

I love the meal plans and the idea, but the app keeps crashing on me- or taking forever to lpad, I have samsung flip z. I downloaded it on my tablet and when I logged in non of my edited meal plan transfered over. seems like the saving of weekly meal plans is finicky, as when I uninstall and reinstall and re log in, it's not there, and I have to redo my whole plan. I have another app with a very similar layout that also has crashing issues- and it's also British.
