Creating a new order is always a hassle, if not impossible. Once store is selected and method of getting food is decided (delivery, pick up, or carry out) it takes you to menu. You can reorder previous which is always easy and works. Every time I try creating a new order, once I get my selected item set to my preferences, it never gives me an option to add to cart. Either cancel or reset are the only options. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it numerous times and still the same issue.

Miranda Newton, 2025-01-18Does not work most of the time. If you can get through to the ordering section, it does not give you extra cheese option or bacon option, even the mushroom option anymore. This app used to be easy and efficient, I loved ordering from here but have stopped now since it never seems to work now. It would be great if the app could go back to the way it was.
