Cecilia Deschler		 Cannot even access since the OTP to verify email doesn't ever send. Conference support I know can get overwhelmed, but no response received from their end yet is frustrating, especially considering this app is used for live events. UPDATE: A OTP from another person in my organization allowed me access to the platform; still no response from conference support.
