2025-01-26 | App is okay but it should have a option of selecting any word and lookup in dictionary. Other Apps like Hindu, ET etc have such features and it makes it so much interesting to read the articles.
2025-01-07 | When I want to read a news in full view sometimes it projects and sometimes it doesn't. After reading the news in full view it goes back to start point. Then we have to start again
2025-01-06 | 1. December 2024 update has made reading epaper super difficult. 2. Epaper doesnt work from the app, you need to open it from browser 3. In Infographics no way to enlarge the images, so need to take screenshot then zoom and read 4. No newspaper on Sunday. 5. Premium subscription advertisement clearly showed vocuchers for Trendlyne, StockEdge, etc. But no such benefits available.
2025-01-05 | As a Mint Premium subscriber, I'm disappointed with the service. The coverage of market trends is inadequate, forcing me to seek information elsewhere. The content doesn't justify the premium cost, lacking depth and timeliness. The text-to-speech feature is poor, with robotic English voices that pale in comparison to competitors like Business Standard, which offers more natural Indian voices even though I am not subscribed to BS.
2025-01-02 | Subscribed for epaper Some articles don't open up When I close and article, either takes me 1st page requiring me to scroll again to the page I was on OR shows white screen after which I have to exit and open epaper again. Pathetic experience of reading e paper Sometimes letters appear jumbled when I open an article in epaper
2024-12-30 | I read FAQs on their own website that said first time purchasers can cancel subscription within 14 days. They have no one to call to for cancellation and now they are saying they cannot cancel my subscription even though I applied for cancellation within 1 day of Purchase
2024-12-24 | Please fix the paper portion. Its extremely inconvenient to read using it now. Better to redirect to web version of the article when clicking on the newspaper
2024-12-17 | The ads are gone for now in The Epaper section. But a new bug has cropped up. After I have read a particular story on epaper and want to close that story to return back to the main paper , the epaper is shifting back to page #1 by itself, whereas it should rather stay on the same last read page. This affects the reading experience a lot; to navigate back to the last read page from page #1 everytime you close a story.
2024-12-15 | Following the recent update, the high-definition reading mode for newspapers is no longer available. Furthermore, after selecting and reading an article, returning to the newspaper's original page now redirects to the Mint app home screen. Is the intent to simplify the app to the detriment of user experience and engagement? As a three-year paid subscriber, this level of e-paper functionality is unacceptable, and future subscription renewal will require careful consideration.
2024-12-13 | The recent update which was pushed seems to have worsened the e-papee reading experience. Once you click on an article, there is no way to go back to the e-paper again rather it takes you back to the app homepage. The earlier e-paper view was a bit archaic but atleast wasn't having this issue. I have been an app user for more than 3 years now but this is by far the worst update push. |
