App never worked from me. It is always on frozen screen. Although, services are ok.

Big mistake!! I wonder if management knows who they are recruiting, I can't blame the person that was sent, he's, completely clueless, untrained, feels like a random person picked off from the street. I am in complete pain and disoriented, the highest risks are in the first 15 days of surgery. This is a critical time I expect trained, experienced and qualified staff so they can guide and assist, no hospitality experience, don't know their job role unhygienic and unkempt.
