Very useful Auto-message and autotask features. Support response was fast and clear. Keep up the good work! PS read the 1 star review here and have no idea what they are talking about b/c everything works great for me. Unless it’s black PR from their competitors. |
| 2020-11-05 |  | | Pure trash...idk where to even start. Nightly price constantly change out of nowhere. Messages sometimes don't send. Over charged accounts for months on end. Listing sometimes don't show up and sometimes do and the customer service is honestly never helpful. The app has more bugs than a stray dog. P.S. isn't it weird how none of the 5star reviews mention what's good about it or what other products they have tried? You don't even get notified if airbnb customer service has messaged you! |
| 2020-07-20 |  | | Amazing app, has all the basics I need to manage my listings on the go. Task manager was the selling feature for me, it works great. Really love the UI and how it resembles Airbnb interface. Super simple to navigate and don't require tons of tutorials like most of others. The app keeps updating regularly, which is great. Only in the last couple of weeks they've released two major updates including review management feature. It makes my life much easier to handle dozens of weekly reviews. |

Vary user-friendly, especially their mobile app. I’ve tried 6 other PMSs and nothing comes close to Hosty App. Like all other similar software this one is not without occasional bugs, but unlike all the rest that I’ve tried Hosty’s support team is top-notch! They respond to my support tickets right away and typically get a fix within 24hrs. Happy they continue to improve their product on a regular basis. Overall very positive experience! Thank you! |
