Hopper doesn't even deserve 1 star tbh. The whole basis of the app is algorithm driven and it completely failed. I was booked on a flight from a different time zone and they couldn't even calculate or book the flight correctly. They booked me on a flight from the past or that was already departed from the time I would land in the connecting flight. I had to find the error myself and call. When I did call we weren't refunded at all for the mix up. I spent hundreds just to get home.

Samantha Wolf, 2025-01-27I'm in reservation information purgatory. I paid for luggage; it's not listed on my receipt TOTAL (in caps because that's *all* you get). There isn't a detailed breakdown of taxes, fees, etc. The app directs me to Air Canada, Air Canada directs me to United, and then United directs me to the app. No info, no answers, no proof of payment. Oh, wait till I tell you about the seat situation! I'm out of text space, but read the other recent 1 star reviews, they cover it well. DON'T USE THIS APP!!!
