Installing this was one of the worst decisions we ever made. There's too many bugs to list, nothing works for more than a few days. The app is nearly unusable. Run!!! |

The whole purpose of the system is to view when away from home, and unfortunately, 5% of the time I might get it to load. I receive error messages of being timed out--if it even loads regardless of wifi or 5g. Dissatisfied extremely, and I would not recommend this system to anyone. |

If someone request to get buzzed in you can't see those request from within the cloud software. You can only do this from the attendant device at your location. Covid-19 has really made this an issue. Staff working remote so there is no one to validate who is at the door. |
