App won't let me check in. The one thing why I always choose Hilton hotels is the ease of check-in on the app. However this stay, the app doesn't work. It won't let me checkin, it won't let me choose a room, IT WON'T LET ME DO ANYTHING. Just keep getting "We've run into an error, please see the frontdesk to complete your check-in". COME ON! What's going on?! The app was always so convenient and useful now you have messed it all up. And then, Hilton Customer Service couldn't help either. Ugh!

The whole purpose of me having this app is the check in, get a digital key, and choose my room. Well now with the recent update, I can't do any of that. It's asking to verify my payment by connecting to my bank website. Even after putting in the correct information, it says it can't verify my payment. I have un-installed the app. I have cleared the data and cache and still nothing. I noticed when I book my room on the website it verifies with no issues. Fix it I'll update the rating
