| 2024-08-30 |  | | Update: I cleared data and cache and managed to get the app to start. I got a warning saying you must give the app alarm and reminder permissions otherwise it will crash. Seems to open fine now! Frustrating because I have to re add my door now. App no longer works after latest update, it just closes itself. I've tried clearing cache and also reinstalling but no joy. |

| 2024-08-18 |  | | Love the concept but like the old Bluetooth only app, this is very glitchy. Much of the time it won't connect to the unit. And yes, I have the latest release. Had some, but limited success, closing the app several times and forcing it to stop in settings, and turning Bluetooth off and on again, but in all honesty, I can't say that's the answer. Even if that does help, it shouldn't be necessary. The app itself however is easy to programme, once you get on it. Just so frustrating trying. |

| 2023-11-27 |  | | This used to work marginally at least, but it has been broken for weeks. I'm going to have to discard this system, its failure is putting my chickens in danger now that the weather is turning. Support team is empathetic, but it is pretty clear this company has no idea what they are doing. |
