| 2025-01-23 |  | | I've been helium customer for years. Has helped me to grow my business in the beginning, but lost 1000s and 1000s because of their system. It shows as profit, we take action depending on the their data, suddenly after months it's shows as negative. Their data is unreliable. My cases are all open yet. After loosing my bulk money I'm not going to wait or expect them to correct. it's not going to help me anyways, because anytime it may change. Would rather go for other apps in the market. |

This getting to a point I don't even bother to use the app because I know I either get loged out in the app or about to in the browser if I log in from the app. Please improve this. Edit: months later, compete rubbish, and the service is insulting right now, lots of limitations |
| 2023-11-08 |  | | I get logged out every day and I cannot use my password to log in because it just says "Oops! Bad login. Try magic link instead." This is very annoying and inconvenient because the link gets sent to my friend's email and I have to ask him for the link and when he sends it it goes to my spam folder. So the whole experience is just very inconvenient and after doing it 20 times now it's becoming quite infuriating. I love the app but please fix this. |

I canceled my subscription about 2 weeks before my recharge, and they still took money from my account, and they said it is canceled for next month they are nothing more than a thief. Even that 1 star is to much for them. I'm not recommending this app to anyone anymore. |

Halfway through the pause month I attemp to cancel only to find out you CANNOT CANCEL during pause. They ended up charging me 40 bucks even though I told them I did not want to use any more and wanted a refund. |

They said that they couldn't refund me for the month that I just got charged for. Helium 10 makes zero exceptions for loyal customer. Helium 10 is not loyal. The videos inside of the website are way too scrambled. Get ready to sit for hours what could've taken you 30 minutes to learn had it been organized videos. Helium 10 doesn't value loyal customers at all. |

The chat bot is just useless, they will say you don't have any account with us even after sharing invoice. This company is running with maketing stretegy only with collebolation of youtubers. |
