Positive: good content. Negative: They took my money and support is unresponsive. I paid for a membership but unable to access it. I emailed support 11/8. No response. I emailed again 11/14 and received an apology.Replied and it's now 11/30 and have yet to hear back. 12/24 Update: Finally, got refund. 1/7/25 response to reply: Please explain how this was mostly user error? From an email you sent "I'm not sure what happened here...membership was started (and canceled)...[tho]you were billed"

Immediately forces you to either get on the 7 day free trial or pay in full. Can't even see the library it offers because you can't close off the membership popup. Also, woke liberal "interests" section with "womens issues", "LGTV+" and "Climate Change"... Smh immediate uninstall. Don't waste your time with this.
